We want every purchase to feel fair. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work. Checkout opens at launch; this policy applies from the moment it does.
The Complete Reading is a digital product delivered the moment you buy it, and it is yours to keep. Because it is delivered instantly, it is generally not refundable once opened. If your reading failed to generate, was cut off by a technical fault we could not fix, or you were charged more than once, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we will refund the extra charge promptly — just tell us.
Write to us via Contact with the email you used at checkout and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The Esoteric Eye is for entertainment and self-reflection. A reading that you disagree with, or that did not say what you hoped, is not a fault of the Service and is not grounds for a refund. A reading that never arrived is.
