These Terms govern your use of The Esoteric Eye (the “Service”), operated by The Esoteric Eye (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Esoteric Eye computes astrological, numerological, and other traditional correspondences from the birth details you enter, then writes a reading of them in its own voice. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence from those computed results; they are not written or reviewed by a human reader.
The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Nothing it produces is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing it produces predicts the future. Do not make health, safety, legal, or money decisions on the basis of a reading. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — in the United States, call or text 988.
Plants, stones, and other correspondences the Service mentions are presented as tradition and folklore only. They are not remedies, and nothing in the Service should be ingested, applied, or relied on for health.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. You may enter another person’s birth details (for a bond reading, for example) only if you are permitted to share them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you enter.
Some parts of the Service are free; others open with a paid door. A one-time purchase gives you lasting access to the parts it names. A subscription renews automatically at the stated interval until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases, never retroactively. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see your full card number.
The Service’s readings, writing, artwork, voices, the Eye itself, and the way it combines traditions are original works owned by The Esoteric Eye and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use readings made for you for your own private purposes, including sharing your own identity card. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or build a product from the Service or its output, and you may not use the Service or its output to train or improve any machine-learning system.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms.
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted or changed, and features may be added or retired. We may update these Terms; the effective date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Esoteric Eye is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
