The first of the 28 Arabic lunar mansions (al-manāzil), the Moon's station at the two horns of Aries.

Al-Sharatain is the mansion of first momentum — the horns lowered to charge, the nerve it takes to set out before the road is proven. It mirrors the part of you that begins things, and asks you to aim that starting energy at one direction rather than scatter it.
